Michigan's Testing Culture Fails Students
Right now, Michigan high school students are in the middle of taking our annual state testing, the Michigan Merit Exam (MME). For 11th graders this includes the SAT, WorkKeys (a job-skills test), and the MSTEP test (the state's social studies and science test). For our students, the timing couldn’t have been worse.
